Welcome to my Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning Guide Page.
The pictures shown here are just a few products I sell and some different jobs that I have done over the years.
This pricing guide is for my customers who live in my service area. This is suggested minimum prices, actual individual job prices may vary.
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. (Sat.-by app. only)
Keep in mind there is no hidden charges no truck charges or extra man charges etc:
All jobs will be quoted and approved by you before starting.

Vanderburgh County no travel time during regular hours
Plumbing labor $85 for 1st hour, $50 an hour each additional hour and this is billed on a quarterly basis, plus materials.
Plumbing work also done on flat rate plus materials if requested and we do let our customers purchase their own materials.
Sewer & Drain cable cleaning flat rate any inside drain $135 no time limit, Any outside drain $175 , no time limit, Any extra drain done while they're inside $85 each. Any extra drain done while they're outside $135 each, all work done flat rate no time limit. Prices are for drains with access clean outs in place
Hydro Jetting $200 1st hour then $200 an hour two hour minimum and this is billed on a quarterly basis thereon. Materials used for example Super Citrus drain additive used if needed when jetting will be quoted before proceeding "each job calls for different things".
Areas Outside Vanderburgh County
Plumbing Labor $135 for 1st hour, Included is 1/2 hour of travel to and from with these rates. $50 an hour each additional hour and this is billed on a quarterly basis plus materials.

Areas Outside Vanderburgh County Travel Time
I have included travel time in my pricing as stated above, in my pricing this allows travel time of 1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour return. If travel time exceeds 30 minutes travel there then I adjust total times Example 45 minutes there and 45 minutes return and the charge is $185 plus the 1/2 hour of extra travel being $25 is added equaling $210 for that 1st hour.

Tired of continuously having to have your drain cleared? No more auger or drain machine needed. Pipe jetting doesn't just clear a blocked line it completely cleans out the drain. Jetting is used to eliminate a back-up and we offer scheduled routine maintenance programs.
Pipe Jetting is the process of cleaning out the interior of any pipe in order to eliminate debris, sludge, scale build-up. Jetting of a pipe increases flow and clears hang up points that could cause back-ups in the future. A pipe can become clogged for many reasons including accumulation of grease, soap, or sludge. Jetting will clear out a drain line to a like-new condition by using water pressure to fully penetrate any blockages and clean the pipe walls. The jetting nozzles have small holes to release large amounts of water at very strong pressures.
